Well looks like warmer temperature are finally settling in! I don't even mind the rain when it's warmer!
FOOD S: StarBeck's Homemade Cinnamon Dulce Latte B: 1 cup of Kashi cereal with a splash of milk L: 1 cup of veggie beef soup with 6 crackers to dry it up D: Q'doba naked chicken burrito - a little less than half of it - which is still too much!
FLUIDS
8oz coffee 8oz milk 16.9oz crystal lite
EXERCISE Off day. Other than housecleaning and chasing Grace which I don't count!

I was very nasty feeling yesterday so I stuck to crackers and liquid all day yesterday. But today im doing ok. So maybe I will sneak out on the other side without getting it. Thursday is support group!!!
Food:
b-2 eggs scrambled with a teaspoon ketchup 12 grams protein
l- nacho supreme no chips no beans
s- SMACK ME PLEASE!! 5 REESES PEANUT BUTTER BALLS

d- Im thinking breakfast.. sausage, bacon, and biscuits and gravy for them...
