Help I can't sleep!

I am not feeling well today at all.  I can’t explain it, don’t know what’s wrong.   As if I am coming down with the flu, I ache.  Head hurts.  Just want to lie around but I have to go to work in the morning and here I am wide awake.  Do you think I can take Tylenol P.M., or something to help me sleep.  Does anyone else have insomnia?  Is anyone out there at this hour?

Hey Kit...hope you are feeling better this morning..did you get any sleep?  I have been there to many times to count.  I take a prescription sleeping pill that Dr. Tom gave me.  I am pretty sensitive so only take half and I rest fine.  Definately talk to him or Taryn about it,  don't take anything until you do. Esp if you are not feeling well..don't wanna put the wrong things in the belly... I am on my way out the door...but send me a text let me know how you are doing. Brenda
