Band Camp.....

I'm not quite feeling up to par today yet!  I went out around noon to pick Gracie up from my parent's house and take her to gymnastics class.  We were out maybe 3 hours and I came home wiped out!  I popped in a movie for Gracie and layed on the couch with my heating pad until Richard came home.  I think he took pity on me because he declared tonight was "Daddy Date Night" and the two of them went out for dinner and a movie and I get to lay around here and be a bum! @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ FOOD B:  1 cup Kashi cereal w/ 1/4 cup of milk L:   3 saltines to settle a sick tummy S:   a small pile of animal crackers D:   about 3 bites of soup and 3 or 4 bites of chicken S:   ???  "Orange Julius" protein drink FLUIDS (I need to push the fluids!) 16.9oz water 16.9oz crystal lite EXERCISE not a chance!

    Beck sorry to hear you arent feeling perky yet. Im sure it takes time and Im sure that stint isnt helping much!!! Just rest rest rest! Richard is so sweet, daddy date night.. Love it.   I haven't had time to post on the journals and really didnt think youd feel up to it!!  so here is yesterday's.. FOOD:   s- PROCHINO B-3 PEANUT BUTTER CRACKERS L- 1/2 of a hamburger patty with cheese and mustard      4 chips      the top layer off a piece of 2 layer cake ( annniversary aprty at work! ugh) s- four ritz bitz crackers while i was running errands d- some bbq chicken breast from texas roadhouse      few bites of a baked pot      few bites of green beans s- cashews I didnt keep track of the chicken I ate at texas because Katelyn and I have started splitting meals so I dont waste food, and I forgot to track mine, So around 10 I was starving. But I did ok cause that was 4 hours after we ate at texas roadhouse!! LIQUIDS: 8 ox 1 percent milk 20 ounces water  16.9 ounces water  and a glass of water to go at texas roadhouse probably 7 ounces?? Exercise: 15 min power walk at work  and parking further away while shopping thats it





  First 80.5 pounds lost with 3cc's in a 14 ccband now at 7cc's in 14cc band
