3/21/08 - Daily diet & exercise journal
I'm not quite feeling up to par today yet! I went out around noon to pick Gracie up from my parent's house and take her to gymnastics class. We were out maybe 3 hours and I came home wiped out! I popped in a movie for Gracie and layed on the couch with my heating pad until Richard came home. I think he took pity on me because he declared tonight was "Daddy Date Night" and the two of them went out for dinner and a movie and I get to lay around here and be a bum! @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ FOOD B: 1 cup Kashi cereal w/ 1/4 cup of milk L: 3 saltines to settle a sick tummy S: a small pile of animal crackers D: about 3 bites of soup and 3 or 4 bites of chicken S: ??? "Orange Julius" protein drink FLUIDS (I need to push the fluids!) 16.9oz water 16.9oz crystal lite EXERCISE not a chance!
