    Well since Beck is feeling under the weather, I will do the entry for the day.      Food@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ b- 1 medium size banana s- 1 choclate chunk cookie from story hour's easter party l- half of a long john silver fish plank    2 bites of cole slaw    2 bites of mashed potatoes    1 bite of a hush puppy s- 1/2 cup sugar free ice cream      ( this stuff is seriously not bad) s- handfull of cashews Liquids@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ not enough to matter today! As you can see by my eating pattern, so im off to force a few bottles down Exercise@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ 30 minutes pilates sculting dvd packed katelyn in and out of the rain and packed in groceries

This evening is much better!  There's no apin right now and I'm popping phenergan evey 4 hours to prevent the nausea and vomiting whenever the next wave of pain comes along.  Hopefully, I'll get some sort of idea what I'm dealing with when I get to the urologist in the morning.  Good thing is that I've not had more vomiting episodes! FOOD B: nothing S: nothing L:  1/2 cup egg beater omelet w/ a slice of cheese topped with sour cream and salsa S:  a few tortilla chips (was craving salt) D: 2 slices thin crust well done pepperoni and onion pizza
