Well since Beck is feeling under the weather, I will do the entry for the day.

l- half of a long john silver fish plank
2 bites of cole slaw
2 bites of mashed potatoes
1 bite of a hush puppy
s- 1/2 cup sugar free ice cream
( this stuff is seriously not bad)
s- handfull of cashews

First 80.5 pounds lost with 3cc's in a 14 ccband now at 7cc's in 14cc band
This evening is much better! There's no apin right now and I'm popping phenergan evey 4 hours to prevent the nausea and vomiting whenever the next wave of pain comes along. Hopefully, I'll get some sort of idea what I'm dealing with when I get to the urologist in the morning. Good thing is that I've not had more vomiting episodes!
