B: Caramel Latte (8oz coffee, 8oz 1% milk, 3 splenda and a shot of S/F caramel syrup)
L: McDonald's chicken bacon ranch salad (ate the meat and a few bites of lettuce)
and about 4 of my daughter's fries!
S: 3/4 cup cottage cheese and 1/4 cup crushed pineapple
D: 3/4 cup Cajun 15 Bean soup and 2.5 oz turkey smoked sausage w/ 1/3 cup spinach
S: ???
FLUIDS
8 oz milk
8oz coffee
16.9oz water (cherry limade powder)
16.9oz water (lemonade powder)
16.9oz water (plain - i'll drink this while at the gym this afternoon) EXERCISE 40 minutes cardio and 40 minutes strength training
Ahhhh Gracie sounds like Katelyn.. Could it be only child syndrome?? Atleast you have kids she can play with and learn.. Katelyn has noone we live in the boonies!! She is currently trying to drop her nap and ughhhh I dont want that at all. L- smoked sausage and squash and zuchini( less than a cup) S- the last of the serving of ritz bitz crackers d- three small bites of a white castle cheeseburger, two chicken rings no bread and a few fries,, LIQUIDS@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ 8 OZ 1 PERCENT MILK 4 OZ HOT TEAS DECAF 20 oz water with walmart brand sugar free koolaid 10 oz water with walmart sugar free koolaid ______________________________________________ 42 ounces total. how the heck do peeps get in 64 ounces?? This is with no cokes and carrying a bottle everywhere... EXERCISE@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ 15 MINUTES CARDIO thats it. Now im off to story hour and a easter egg hunt in the rain!!! lovely!!!
