   AHHHHH hear that??? Bird's singing and chirping and pooping on car windows!! Yea spring!! I walked outside this morning and listened to the birds chirp and the creeks run and my MP3 player and grinned and thought this summer is going to be so much better than the last ones!!! I LOVE MY BAND!!   Becka after we talked the other night at support group, I decided Im gonna ask for half of the normal fill he would give with my band. hopefully it will tighten it up enough to curb the head hunger  and snacking and not make me as tight as I was last time.. What ya think? Im gonna call Holly and get it set up for the week after Easter, that way I will have till vacation in june to loosen it up and LOOSE MORE WEIGHT!!hehehe.. Ok im done rambling!! FOOD------ S- PROCHINO B- probably none l- ?????? s????? d???????? LIQUIDS----- 8 OZ 1 percent milk EXERCISE------ 25 Minutes pilate scultp dvd 15 minutes regular pilate dvd 25 minutes outside walking

Spring has sprung!!   You are so right about this summer being so much better than last!  The weight is coming off and I've got so much more energy!  I've got to decide what to do for our short summer trip (actual vacation will be in October this year).  Maybe a long weekend in Gatlinburg and Dollywood.  Gracie and I could do the park and Richard can trailer his Harley down and ride the mountains.  Our big trip will be Disney again this year.  LOL...my worst "before" pic was with the Genie from Aladin this past September!  I'm going to be sure and get a 1-year pic with him too! Richard and Gracie went down to the pond fishing for "big daddy bluegill" and "flippin' catfish" this afternoon while I went and did some retail therapy!  I was trying on tops at Kohls and have figured out that i'm in the "in-between" stage for tops.  Women's 1X tops are too baggy and Ladies XL tops are a little too snug still.   Oh well, i'll give it another month and see how they fit then! Going for a conservative fill might just be your answer!  Doing it way before vacation makes a lot of sense as well.  It gives you time to figure out if it's the right level and to get a bit taken out if needed.  I'm hoping to convince Dr. L that I need a small fill next week as well.  I don't want much.  I can simply tell i'm not at my sweet spot yet.  I can eat a little more than a cup at a time and the nibbling is starting to increase as well. Oh well, guess I should quit rambling and start journaling! FOOD B:  2 eggs, 2 pieces of turkey sausage, 1 piece of toast (see what I mean?) S:  Starbuck's Skinny Venti Cinnamon Dulce Latte S:  100 calories pack of cookies D:  Spaghetti with meat sauce (more suace than noodle) and salad S:  Twisted protein bar EXERCISE nothing....i'm actually sore from the new machines I added in yesterday!
