This one time....in
Band Camp.....

I'm going to be pro-active today and PLAN PLAN PLAN because it's going to be another hectic day! Gracie has a swim lesson at the Y today at noon so i'm going to sneak in another workout session while she's in that class.  Then we have to go get Richard's eyes (head) examined as he broke his only pair of glasses.  Of course he couldn't do it this morning since he has Saturday morning poker with the neighborhood guys!  Church is at 5pm and then we have to get home in time to watch my girlfriend's kids so she and hubby can go out tonight! @%@%@%@%@%@%@%@%@%@%@%@%@%@%@%@%@%@ So here's the food plan: B:  1/2 cup egg beater omelet with 2% cheese slice, a spoon of SC &salsa around 11am S:  Coffee Latte (S/F and with 1% milk) after YMCA about 2-ish L:   Twisted Protein bar - before church so I don't growl and interupt! D:  Marinated chicken with grilled fresh pineapple and vidalia onions and a SMALL portion of         potatoes around 8pm S:  maybe a S/F fudge pop Here's the exercise plan:

I know i'll get at least an hour in but not sure how long the new additions on the weight machines will actually take (previous I did it in 30 minutes)

Good morning busy lady!!! You got lots goiNg on today!! I have walked this morning and am relaxing with my heating pad till I decide where I want to Start today. FOOD-@@@@@ S- PROCHINO B-1 BISCUIT AND GRAVY FROM DAIRY QUEEN forgot to turn caps off L-????? d??????? FLUIDS: 8 oz 1percent milk 2 ounces water 4 ounces tea 16.9 water w/ s/f kool aide suppose to go to a adult function tonight but not sure if im going or not. I should cause it's my brothers g/friend but/..........blah blah its a bar and I havent touched alcohol since surgery.... dunno.. EXERCISE:  I stepped up my routine today and went 45 minutes outside!!! I love spring!!!  no strength today.. maybe tommorrow The walking outside is really kicking up my weight loss. I have one pound to go to onederland....  dawn
