Ahhh gorgeous weather is around the corner!! Although I had to work, I got in lots of cardio today!!! Becka sorry you didnt get your fill, but glad you had a significant weight loss!!!!!

b- SO HORRIBLE!!! I had the top off of a choclate covered creme filled doughnut
l- nacho supreme minus the chips with extra meat
s- 4 thin mint girl scout cookies
d- a third of a chicken breast sandwich no bun with three curly fries from arbys
thursdays are horrible days cause of eating out, i work too late
s- 1/2 cup sugar free 50 percent less fat ice cream
water-
8 oz skim milk
1 cup warm decaf tea
20 oz bottle water
working on 16.9 ounce now

First 80.5 pounds lost with 3cc's in a 14 ccband now at 7cc's in 14cc band
Today kinda fell apart for me on keeping track of things.
I had my S/F Caramel latte as usual in the AM, ate my breakfast around noon (kashi w/ milk), had an apple for a snack and then met my mom at Sam's Club where I proceeded to indulge in a few samples! Now how do you count those?!?! Dinner was pork loin with green beans, sweet carrots and a small spoon of mac-n-cheese. I got kinda stuck on the pork and ended up only eating half of it. I tried the room temp pinapple juice trick to help work through the stuck sensation and I think it really does work!
Anyway, tomorrow is another day! Back on track then!
