3/10/08 - How are you eating and moving today?
Happy Monday to everyone!
I haven't mentioned it in a while but ANYONE who wants to join me and Dawn on journaling our daily diet and exercise on here is more than welcome, regardless of WLS type!!
The sun is shinning the snow is melting! This is good!! Then again our pond will overflow and we'll loose some fish but hey, I'm sure it was getting overpopulated anyway since no one ever keeps their fish anymore when fishing!
I made it to the YMCA today, set the silly timer on the exercise bike wrong and ended up doing a few more minutes than I had planned! It didn't kill me though so maybe it's time to bump up my times??

S: Irish Cream Latte (8oz coffee, 8oz 1% milk, 4 Splenda and a shot of regular syrup)
B: Snicker's Caramel Nut Rush Protein bar
L: 3/4 cup Cottage cheese w/ 1/4 cup crushed pineapple
S: Baked Lays Chips (too many I'm sure!)
D: 3.5oz teriyaki chicken, 1/2 cup steamed broccoli, 1/4 cup corn, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes
S: twisted protein bar
LIQUIDS
8oz coffee
8oz milk
20oz water
20oz Crystal light
EXERCISE
30 minutes strength training and 37 minutes cardio
First 80.5 pounds lost with 3cc's in a 14 ccband now at 7cc's in 14cc band
