Calcium Citrate

I am wondering what people are taking to get in their calcium. My surgeon is Dr. Shina. I meet with him in a few weeks but wanted to see what you guys were taking, how much and how many times a day. Just thought I would compare.  Have a great day!!!

I take the Citracal brand calcium citrate.  I bought the petite caplets.  I have to get in 1200mg a day so I have to take 6 of the petites a day.  Hope this helps.

I get mine from vitaminshoppe.com - TwinLab's chewable calcium citrate. Chew 4 per day, but I split it up 2 in the morning, and 2 at bedtime. I tried to find them locally, but no luck yet. Hope this helps. Elaine

Hello there! Walmart has a brand of calcium citrate that is identical to Citracal.. but 1/2 the price. I use these. They've always worked for me..  Hope this helps, Katrina
