3/8/08 - Shake n' Bake!
Happy snowy Saturday! We played outside for about 30 minutes and that's enough before me!! It can all melt now and i'm ready for sandals and shorts! FOOD S : Caramel Latte B&L: 2 egg omelet with cheese and onions, 2 pieces of turkey sausage, a slice of toast with jelly and about 1/4 cup diced potatoes (I ate about 1/2 the plate and then put the rest away for lunch) S: Twisted Protein bar D: Most likely Chili since I made a HUGE pot last night LIQUIDS 8oz coffee 8oz milk about 6oz diet pepsi 20oz S/F Hawaiian Punch (the powdered kind) EXERCISE I shoveled the driveway for about 1/2 an hour before Richard took over so I'm counting that as a cardio AND strength workout! ***I went out and shoveled the front porch a little later so total time is now 50 minutes. ***OK, I'm bored! I went out and finished the walkway to the driveway that was about another 15 minutes....I'm up to 65 minutes!! Now, I don't feel bad about not getting to the YMCA either yesterday or today!
