3/6/08 - Shake n' Bake!!
I'm feeling MUCH better. Still coughing and sniffling but the pressure in my head is gone! I even madeit to the YMCA today to make up for slipping yesterday! FOOD S: English Toffee Latte B: Twisted protein bar (190 calories, 15 protein) L: Leftovers from Q'doba (about 1 cup of a naked chicken burrito) D: Chicken Gumbo Soup and part of an Italian salad (the meats and cukes) FLUIDS 8oz coffee 8oz milk 20oz water 12oz diet pepsi 20oz S/F hawaiian punch (the powdered kind you add to the water bottle) EXERCISE 30 minutes strength & 35 minutes cardio
I cant beleive it is going to SNOW! GRRRR!!!!!!

d- i made crustless pizza for me, spaghetti for them

exercise:
30 min walk outside on the hillside
and running all over walmart and everywhere getting the birthday presents..
