LEMON PIE 1 .8 oz  pkg JELLO cook & serve (not instant) SF FF Vanilla Pudding 1 .3 oz  pkg JELLO Lemon flavor SF Gelatin (Lime is good too!) 2 1/3 cups water 1/3 cups of lemon juice (I use 1 tablespoon) 1 8" Graham Cracker Crust (I don't use this) 1 1/2 cups SF Cool Whip (I like this but am not using this just yet) In a sauce pan, combine pudding mix & gelatin. Add water & lemon juice; stir until smooth. Cook & stir medium or medium high heat until thickened, about 2-3 minutes.  Remove from the heat, cool slightly. (here is where you can add the Unjury Unflavored Protein powder when the temp is below 130 degrees and stir in the UU with a wisk) Pour into crust or 8" shallow Rubbermaid container or 6 1/2" Rubbermaid square "serven'saver". Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or until set. Spread with topping (or not). ENJOY!

Sounds yummy! I wonder if Merangue (sp?) can be made with Splenda??  That would also bump up the protein count too.  Anyone ever try it??
