Congrats on the pounds yourself! Looks like March will be your month! Hopefully, I will see the underside of 200 in the next 2 to 3 months. That's my next goal! After that I don't really have a specific one other than to keep losing! FOOD: S: CIB made with 1% milk (170 calories, 3 fat, 25 carbs, 13 protein) B & L: Breakfast skillet (turkey sausage, egg beaters, diced potatoes, shredded cheese and salsa) - 320 calories, 10 fat, 17 carb, 36 protein) I ended up making two meals out of this!! D: 2 slices thin crust well done pizza! Mom taught me that trick....if it's crunchy it'll go down!
