Good Morning girls!!! The sun is up in Meade county which really got me motivated this morning. Maybe I have SAD after all!! hehehe!! So im starting this to list off my accomplishments this am so I can scrub the house!!
Becka I joined a march exercise challenge, on the lapband board, wanna give it a try? My goal for the month is 800 minutes

19 minutes body ball workout dvd
25 minutes OUTSIDE walking up and down our hills
I think I'm Gonna get rid of my treadmill, its not near as good a workout as walking outside. Maybe look into a elliptical..

Hello!
Today has been one VERY hectic day! Gracie started a new swimming class this afternoon, I took my Mother-in-law to run her errands, went shopping for myself this morning (i'm going to make a seperate post about this) managed to make it to 5pm church service and came home to cook supper (OK, so it's just rice-a-roni with canned chicken but I forgot to set out anything to thaw this morning)! I'm ready to play on OH for a bit then I think i'll flip channels with Richard for a while.
Dawn, Are you talking about the move your melons challange? I did sign up for it the other day for 1000 minutes. Not sure i'm going to make it but I'm going to give it a try! I did the math and I need to add 4 extra days of exercise for the month into my routine I've already got of going to the YMCA 3X a week for 60 minutes. I still need to check into getting a good used stationary bike too. Maybe i'll be able to do that this coming week.

I signed up for feb's but didnt make it so I lowered my goal this time.
