Gastric Bypass

I had a bypass in St. Louis 4 years ago and I'm having problems with nausea and diarehea.  I need to find a good surgeon who did bypass, not just lapband in Louisville.  Any suggestions. Dianne

There are several surgeons through U of L. University Surgical Associates.  You can reach them at 502-583-8303 or 1-800-872-8033. As far as I know Dr Allen (which is my surgeon and he is WONDERFUL!) and Dr Jorge Rodreigez (spelling?) have the most experience in this group.  They have been doing RNY for many years. Several of us have Dr. Mark Shina as our doctor. I really like him. He can be blunt but I like and need that. Good luck!
