Happy Leap Day! Wha are you going to do with your extra day??
FOOD S: English Toffee Latte (8oz coffee, 8oz 1% milk, 3 splenda and a shot of REG syrup) B: 1 cup Kashi go lean crunch w/ 1/4 cup milk L: I put it off too long so I had a few pretzels to hold me over D: We're going out to a new place (Incredible Dave's) so I'm not sure yet what I'll have EXERCISE It was YMCA day for me so I did my usual 30 minutes strength and 30 minutes cardio.
HOWDY!!!! REBECCA did you ticker weight go down? hmmmm? way to go!! Hi mini-me.. Hope this fills working for you. I am tighter all the sudden.. Its the strangest thing I have ever seen. Im eating less again!! Im thankful though. S- prochino b- forgot to eat s- a handful of peanuts to hold me over to lunch l- nacho supreme, no beans, no chips with double meat.. I didn't eat but half of this and was full! Im a cheap date now thats for sure s- sugar free pudding, 60 calories d- 1/2 cup baked beans with a half of a smoked sausage cut up in it. ohhh, and confession time,, I had three girl scout cookies!! Tagalongs!! vitamin taken fluids 8 oz 1 percent milk 20 ounce water 20 ounce water ( still working on this one) might get another 8 in,,, maybe not.. How do people get in 64 ounces?? please someone tell me Welp have a good weekend girls!!
