2/28/08 - What are you eating and how did you move today??

Dawn, I'm in the same boat as you! I've got a couple of ornery clingy pounds that WON'T go away and i'm trying my darnedest too! Dr. Larson's nurse called for a reschedule on my fill that was on the 5th so now I have until the 12th before I can get a bit more of a tweak.
Oh well, gotta keep telling myself it's not going to happen overnight even though I want it to!
FOOD
S: English Toffee Latte (8oz coffee, 8oz 1% milk, 3 Splenda & a shot of reg syrup)
B: 1/2 cup egg beater omelet / onions and cheese
S: S/F Schwann's fudge pop
L: 1/2 cup chicken tortilla soup
D: Q'doba steak naked burrito (about 1/2) and 3 or 4 nachos with cheese
EXERCISE
I WANT to go to the Y today but most likely won't make it. It's my "off" day anyway but I'm finding that I am actually WANTING to exercise! Now how weird is that?? Here's the best news though...Tonight is Suburban Support Group night! Yippee!!
