2/27/08 - How did you eat and move today??
OK....I'm TOTALLY done with this snow!! Time for some warmer weather so I can get outside!
FOOD
B: English Toffee latte (8oz coffee, 8oz 1% milk, 3 Splenda and a shot of regular syrup) I'm going to buy the S/F syrupsand give them another chance once this batch runs out S: about 4 french fries from Gracie's happy meal L: Spicy Black bean burger (no bread) with a slice of cheese and 1/2 cup chic tortilla soup D: leftovers - corned beef & cabbage from last night Only ate a portion of it then got stuck on some cabbage. S: Snickers protein bar EXERCISE Did my usual Wednesday morning routine at the YMCA (30 minutes strength and 30 minutes cardio).
