2/26/08 - What are you eating today and how did you move?
Hello!
Just want to say that this daily post has helped me sooo much! It truly helps to keep me mindful of what I'm eating throughout the day! I invite anyone who is struggling to join Dawn and me and see if it helps them as well!
FOOD
S: English Toffee Latte (1 cup coffee, 1 cup 1% milk, 3 splenda & a shot of reg syrup)
B: 3/4 cup cottage cheese w/ 1/4 cup crushed pineapple
L: 1 cup canned chili
S: sour cream & cheddar Baked Lays
D: Corned Beef & Cabbage w/ carrots and red potatoes
MOVEMENT
Nothing other than housework today
Good morning! This keeps me on track too. I think about writing it down and dont put it in my mouth! hahahaha
Im still fighting to get under 200 I have 5 pounds to go.. Im only loosing a pound a week and its driving me nuts!!! grrrr! I see Dr. Shina tuesday and im not gonna argue if he wants to do a SMALL fill.
FOOD:
S- Prochino
b- none ( late start)
l- nacho supreme with double meat and only three chips to scoop it with.
d- half a grilled cheese sandwich on wheat bread.
s-4 ritz crackers
exercise:::
35 minutes pilates dvd's
no cardio today due to time constraints
fluids
8 oz 1 percent milk
20 ounce water
6 oz water
didnt carry my water bottle with me today during my errands and cut in to my liquid intake badly..
