2/24/08 - What are you eating today?
Happy Sunday! I hope everyone is staying warm today!
We went to the late church service this morning and then out to lunch. Now that we are home I can tell we are going to sofa surf the rest of the day away! Richard will watch the race and snooze in the recliner. I will poke around online for a few minutes then maybe start a new book. Gracie has a new DS game so she's occupied as well! Might do a load of laundry but not much else! We even have leftovers for dinner since we ate out all weekend!
FOOD
B - skipped it since we were running late for church
L - 1/2 naked chiken burrito from Moe's (they don't have nutrional data yet)
S - I'm thinking hot protein cocoa with a piece of toast aound 5-ish w/ dinner around 8-ish
D - either the other half of the chicken burrito or leftover shrimp primavera with whole wheat pasta EXERCISE: nothing that counts since my "off" day How's the knee Dawn? Hopefully it's not too bad. I had knee repair last June and can say it's the most irksome injury there is!

Hey girlie! My knee is ok, Acting very strange so im babying it alot this weekend. I have been jogging and I think its not sure what to think!! So today and yesterday have been modified activity, Have you heard from the center on richard's surgery yet? who does he root for in the races??? Please tell me its not jeffie!

my sinus are icky so my band is tighter than normal, so I guess I need to remind myself to eat more often! . SUPPORT GROUP THURSDAY!!!

First 80.5 pounds lost with 3cc's in a 14 ccband now at 7cc's in 14cc band
