B - English Toffee Latte (coffee w/ a cup of 1%milk, 3 splenda and a shot of reg   
      syrup) - 170 cal, 2.5 fat, 30 carb, 8 protein

L - 1/2 Qdoba naked steak burrito - 355 cal, 13.5 fat, 33.5 carbs, 21 protein S - Twisted protein bar - 190 cal, 6 fat, 21 carb, 15 protein  D - 

Vitamin - check             
Water - 24 oz so far EXERCISE 30 minutes strength and only 17 miutes cardio.  I was rudely interupted by a fire alarm and they made us evacuate!

I see you had a exciting day,, I messed my knee up somehow so I have been lazy all day and ughhhh,,, I dont like it much anymore,, FOOD:  S- prochino  b- a banana l- 6 peanut butter cracker sandwiches d-1/2 cup to a cup of chili  s fat free sugare free ice cream sandwich fluids- 8           20          16.9





  First 80.5 pounds lost with 3cc's in a 14 ccband now at 7cc's in 14cc band
