BRRRR!!! It's cold again dang it!
My back and psychotic nerve (lol) felt good enough to let me go to the Y this morning so I did my thing without too much trouble but now I'm kinda dragging. Gonna pop in a DVD and cuddle up with my girlie for the rest of the afternoon. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * FOOD S - English Toffee Latte (1% milk & splenda but it was regular syrup) B - 1 cup Kashi go lean crunch cereal w/ 1/4 cup 1% milk S - Hershey's Stick (60 calories) extra dark chocolate L - Chicken Tortilla soup w/ a dollop of lite sour cream and 2% shredded cheese D - ??? any ideas ???? i'm bored with my choices EXERCISE 30 minutes strentgh - 30 minutes cardio
