surgery went ok

hello all surgery went well, didn't have surgery untill 5 o'clock. Was in room at 9:30. 9 incisions no drain tube just really sore and thirsty talk to everyone when i get home                    Lisa

wow you must bee doing good on the site already it took me a day just to try & wake up from being put under ,welcome to the losing bench it is a fun place to be alot of up & downs just hang on & enjoy the ride it is a great one need anything just ask ,just sip sip sip on the water & protein drinks bu****er is the most impt now so you wont get dehydrated ,take care Becky

I am so glad your surgery went well.  The day of thirst following surgery is terrible, I hated that part.  I am not hungry at all.  I'm 6 days out from surgery and actually went to Walmart with my family today.  I've got cabin fever.  My husband pushed me in a wheelchair but I did walk from the car inside the store and back.  Hang in there -- everyday gets a little better!

Fantastic Lisa! 12 hours after surgery and you are back on the site. I am so happy for you!  I met with my surgeon today and I have only 9 more days to go!  I am new to this site but have been reading all your posts for the last 5 days and would like to say THANKS to all you losers. Each and everyone of you have given me the courage to carry on with this journey to a healthier me! C
