Keeping track - 2/11/08
Good morning everyone!! I'm planning on getting everything done EARLY today so I can bunker down and watch the snow tonight!! I hope we get enough this time to actually cover the grass!!

FOOD
S - homemade caramel latte (8 gr protein)
B - 1 cup Kashi Cereal w/ 1/2 cup milk
S - 5 townhouse crackers
S - popcorn (didn't measure but was somewhere between too much and just a little)
D - 1/4 cup tuna salad (had it with 1 piece of toast but scraped it off after the second bite) maybe 1/2 cup chicken noodle soup
EXERCISE
30 minutes strength - 30 minutes cardio workout at the YMCA.
Ok, Yesterday was ugly for me!!! ugh
weather sucked, dog pee'd on my couch!! And other crappy news!! but the SCALE MOVED FINALLY!!!
FOOD FOR THE DAY
s- prochino
b- some scrambled eggs with gravy on them and a piece of bacon
l- baked beans with a smoked sausage cut up in them
d- nothing caught in storm, stuck in traffic
s- peanut butter crackers sitting in said traffic for two and half hours!! NICE!!
So im late again!! sorry!!!
