B - 1/2 cup BBQ pulled pork (220 calories/6 fat/20 carbs/16 protein)
S - Starbucks Venti Skinny Caramel Latte (160 calories/5 fat/24 carb/15 protein)
L - Snickers Protein Bar - Caramel Nut Crunch (290 calories/9 fat/4o carbs/21 protein)
S - pistachios and baked lays (I wasn't counting)
D - Tortilla Crusted Talapia (250 calories/11 fat/14 carbs/23 protein), small baked tater w/ SC, asparagus
EXERCISE:
Not sure i'm going to get anything that counts in today unless I can count errands!! I MIGHT go to the gym this evening if I still have the energy.

Are we all supposed to let each other know the daily foods eaten? I have been keeping track on the www.fitday.com .

Only post your food and exercise on here if you WANT. I don't want anyone to think that they have to do it though. I finally signed up for fitday this week but am still trying to figure out how to navigate it! I can be such a slow learner sometimes! Once I figure it out I'm going to post it in both places.
Even if you don't list your F&E on these daily threads please feel free to comment and offer support though! Lord know I could use it!
