Keeping track - 2/7/08
Just want to keep the invitation open to anyone that wants to join Dawn and I in our daily postings. We'd LOVE the company!

FOOD:
S - homemade caramel latte made with a cup of 1% milk (8gr protein)
B - 1/2 cup egg beaters scrambled with a slice of colby jack cheese, lite sour cream and salsa
L - Snickers Protein Bar - Caramel Nut Rush (21 g protein)
D - about 4 bites of Teriyaki Chicken, 1/4 c mac-n-cheese, steamed broccoli
(I ended up PBing the Chicken - yet another "first" for me today)
S - Diet cocoa with a scoup of protein powder (nothing solid until tomorrow now)
EXERCISE:
Nothing so far but I'm going to try and get to the Y later today since I'm going to try and get my eyes checked tomorrow morning which is my regular YMCA day (ugh! I'm 41 and NEED bifocals already!) * made it to the Y*
First 80.5 pounds lost with 3cc's in a 14 ccband now at 7cc's in 14cc band
