6mnth check up and what a great check up

Well today was my 6mnth check up with DrShina, down 111 lbs, he said I am doing wonderful, said I am "textbook". My blood levels were so good that I wont have to take vitamin shots now...yipee. So back to see him in 3 mnths. Thanks for all of your alls support the past 6 mnths. Love ya'll Missy
