Keeping track - 2/6/08

Food:
S - my usual homemade caramel latte (made with a cup of 1% milk for 8gr protein)
B - 1 cup Cottage cheese and pineapple (24gr Protein)
L - Wendy's Spicy Chicken Patty (dry and no bun = 22gr protein)
D - 1 cup chili, 4 saltines and 2 tbsp peanut butter (? protein)
S - Hot cocoa with 1/2 scoop protein powder (20gr protein)
EXERCISE:
Did my typical Wednesday morning YMCA thing....30 minutes on weights and 30 minutes on cardio. Today I really broke a sweat!
Hello...
Today has been rough considering I was up all night with the storms,, I have been lazy today and hung out with the kiddo.
Food:
prochino -- 800am 35 gram protein
lunch -- 1/2 cup baked beans with a smoked sausage cut up in it
16 grams protein
snack-- a handful of ritz bits crackers
dinner--- 1 sausage patti not sure about the protein
NO EXERCISE.
LAZY LAZY DAY
First 80.5 pounds lost with 3cc's in a 14 ccband now at 7cc's in 14cc band
Yeah, sleep was kinda broken up here as well. Storms kept us up till about 1am. Funnel clouds were lined up to cross right over us on the radar but they fell apart luckily. Lost power somewhere around 3am though didn't notice until Gracie climbed into bed fussing about her night light. Came back on in time to get everyone up and off to school-work-gym. Ready to veg-out in front of the TV for a bit then of to bed!
