Keeping track - 2/5/08
In an effort to provide a bit more support to ourselves and others a few of us from this KY board have decided to post our daily dietary and exercise efforts. Regarless of your WLS type if you feel inclined please do post along with us!!
FOOD:
S - Coffee with 6 oz 1%milk
B - 1 cup Kashi go lean crunch cereal with 1/2 cup 1% milk
L - 4.5 oz shrimp with ****tail sauce
1 slice colby jack cheese
S - 100 calorie pack (sun chips!!)
D - Taco salad (1/4 cup lean ground chuck, 1/4 cup shredded cheese, 2 tbsp lite sour
cream, taco sauce, lettuce, onion, tomato and about 4 crushed tostitos on top
EXERCISE: no workout today but I was more active than usual with housework (de-junked a 5-year-olds room - gotta be worth something!)
HELLO.........
Here was today's menu
breakfast prochino as i like to call it
cocoa, 1% milk and vanilla protein powder 730am
lunch was on the run
4 wendy's chicken nuggets
4 french fries
should have skipped the fries felt a lil full in the chest 1:00pm
dinner was at my mother in laws again, left over's from last night
1/2 of a chicken breast
a few bites of mac and cheese and a few potatoes 5:30 pm
oh and hubby and I shared sugar free ice ceam with the kiddo
and lots of stress from storms, and rode a exercise bike at my mother in laws for about 10 minutes
lots of running today getting parts for the car so no exercise!!!
and I wonder why I cant loose the last 10 pounds to be under 200 grrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!
First 80.5 pounds lost with 3cc's in a 14 ccband now at 7cc's in 14cc band
