Need a DR to do fills around Lexington

I am moving from Dallas to Southeastern KY this weekend. I need to locate a DR to do my fills. I do not want to pay a huge "program fee" just to get fills. Already called Bluegrass Bariatrics, they want $500 up front to do fills. Anyone know where I can go? I need something between Lexington and Knoxville, TN. Thanks!

Hi there.  You may want to check out a Dr. Mark Shina in Louisville, KY.  Louisville is about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours drive from Lexington, but it would be worth the drive, and it is not a bad trip.  Bluegrass sounds expensive, especially because I went through them for my lap band, but at a smaller hospital-Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.
