74 Pounds Gone!!

I have lost 74 pounds since surgery! I am actually in onederland, which I havent seen in years. I am going to try & get back into nursing school this fall due to the fact I am feeling so much better. I have been away from this board for quite a while, however, it gets too ugly on the other boards for my liking. Blessings to all.

Just a lil note to warn all pre and post ops. GET YOUR PROTEIN IN EVERYDAY!!! I have done rather crappy with mine since day 1 and I am paying dearly with VERY slow weight loss, major hair loss, and all out feelin like shit! PLEASE!!!! Follow your program's rules!!
