Phase 2

What are some of the foods on the phase 2 list? I had my surgery July 19,2006 and went from 369 to 260 but am back up to 275. So I want to go back to phase 2 So what are some foods that I can eat for phase 2 and phase 3 Jessica

I'm from Ashland Kentucky too! =D If you ever want like a work out buddy, or maybe when it gets warm a walking buddy...or go to the malls and walk around let me know =D I'd be more than happy to! I haven't had surgery yet, but I would like to lose some weight before my surgery..so if ya wanna get together sometime lemme know =D

I know where hillcrest is, my best friend shawna lives there =D I live on Route 5 in Ashland..but yeah my number is 606-547-1152..or 606-928-9418..I was origionally going for Dr. Tompkins, and last year I had to do 6 months of medical weight loss, and I had to quit last year bc of personal reasons..and when i went back to a seminar last month and filled out my packet and this rude lady called me back and told me that they wouldn't take  me bc i discontinued my medical weight loss..and i wasn't a good canidate..but now I'm going to Dr. Sonnanstine  in Florence Kentucky just because I like there program..and the staff seeemed nice....but yeah thats my story..but i would really like to have a diet/exercise  buddy and I'm willing to help as much as I can =D *Kimmie

Dr. nease at cabell in huntington did mine i have not been there since april of last year cause i have no car so i take city bus every wear i live in 12g but landlady is supposed to be moving us to 6J but i will keep you updated on things let me know if you can do the mall this weekend.
