OT:Adam's surgery is scheduled!!!!

I am so happy!!!! Adam's surgery is scheduled for a week from Wednesday. Dec 26 2007. He's having his vasectomy reversed for me.  That's all the Christmas present I need. He goes in at 6am and we should be able to leave after 11am or 12pm. Its at Hardin Memorial. He goes in this Friday morning to register and have blood work done.  There are very few complications for this surgery. He should do great. The dr said the actual surgery itself takes 1 hour. He has to go in do paperwork, get ready, have surgery and be in recovery a hour or so. Then they'll send him home. He has to be out of work 7 days which works out great. He is on Holiday break and doesn't have to go back to wor****il the next Friday if I'm reading his schedule correctly. He has the 1st off for Holiday and then is just off the next 2 days. So if I'm right he won't need to use any vacation days at all. I'm so excited. I've been bouncing up and down since they called. The nurse probably thought I was nuts because I almost cried when she gave me the surgery date. I'll update u all when we get home from surgery. I'm just so thankful God is letting us do this...Thank u God. Without Him Adam would have never changed his mind.

lol don't worry!  We'll give him plenty of time to heal!!!! I imagine he'll spend a few days on a ice pack. Thanks Ange

Thank u...When he told me he changed his mind and would have it reversed, I cried. Then when the dr's office called yesterday to schedule it, I cried, they probably thought I was nuts lol.
