Had our vasectomy reversal consult today

We had our vase reversal consult today. They should be calling me back Monday with a surgery date.  The doc said with Adam being 40 and the vasectomy 6 yrs ago that its not 100% guaranteed to work. But I have faith and I believe it will. I also bought him some vitamins, Omega 3 Fish Oil, Zinc, a mens mulit vit, Vit E, and saw palmetto. Does he have to take all this stuff? The dr didn't mention herbs or vitamins but the pharmacist said it wouldn't hurt him. The recovery time for this dr was 7 days off and more if needed. He explained that he would go in, clean off the 2 ends that were cauterized, reattach them and sutcher them up. Hopefully all will go well.  Prayers would be appreciated! Thanks for all the advice. I'm sure I'll have more questions as we go. I hope his date is soon.....I'll be on pins and needles until its done.

What chance does your all's vr doctors tell u the chance of pregnancy after a vr will be? They said Adams chances were like 60% maybe 80%. That made me kind of down but I have to believe it will work!!!
