OT:Drugs and my brother, again :(

I'm about ready to pull my hair out. Do u know that state police says they can't do anything about David being on drugs again since he's now 21? Unless mom wants him out of her house, the police won't do anything. Mom wanted Dad to come down there and talk to David about it but Dad is in denial and doesn't want to see it. Mom said she's going to try and talk to David herself, he came in so messed up last night they couldn't do anything with him. He's still sleeping, then eating everything in sight, then puking up everything he eats. David has a violent nature. I told Mom that Adam and I could come down and try to talk to him but mom said no. That worries me cause I don't want David to hurt her. Now Storm, the German Shepherd I was going to take from him is gone. We went out of town yesterday to see Pop's sister and I'd planned on getting Storm today. I called mom last night before David got home and the dog was fine. Now he's missing. That ticks me off at myself. I should have stayed here yesterday and went and picked him up. I don't know what to do with my brother. David was really messed up last night. He still is. What can we do? I've called the police and told them and they can't/won't do anything about it. Advice would be appreciated. I've never drank alot or done drugs of any kind. One of my ex lovers did drugs but he kept it away from me. I'm at a loss.

Angela so sory with what you and your family is dealing with but untill your brother reliazes how bad he is and needs help noone can help him no matter how much you beg and plead with him I wish I knew what else to tell you but will kepp you and your family in my prayers that he sees he needs help
