Hi Missy, All I can say is WOW!!  You look great! I'm green with envy! You noted in your blog that you weren't so sure about the 4 month pics but if you look at your progression from pre-surg to now there's a drastic change there that you should be VERY proud of. I think we are always hardest on ourselves though.  I'm 1 month out on my band tomorrow and have been pouting since I've ONLY lost 20 pounds.  Well, that's still better than any month I've ever had with Weigh****chers and I haven't had a fill yet!  I'm trying to give myself a pep talk but not sure i'm listening....gotta get myself to the gym this next week or the mall..... Congrats and be proud!! Becka

 Thank you so much, how sweet are you. 20lbs and without a fill...come on...you should be tooting your horn. I am proud of you and wish we were closer and I would go to the mall / gym with you. Thats where I need to get this butt going. Thanks again.

Dang girl, You look great.  You can really tell.  I 'm sure its hard to tell yourself.  I have a hard time noticing it (75lbs).  Keep up the good work.  Your doing awesome!!!!!!!!!

Thank you so much, how sweet that was. I go to both supprt groups each month. I go to the one downtown that is the second tuesday of the month and I go to the one at Suburban that is the 4th Thursday of each month except this one and they moved it to the 20th due to the holidays. Let me know if you go , I would love to meet you. Missy
