Plastic Surgeon

Can anyone tell me the best plastic surgeon in kentucky,and what insurance covers plastic surgery?                                             Thanks Darlene

I like Dr Sillins. She has done work on 2 of my little girls and I plan on using her for my plastics. She worked on my mom last month and although she had problems, they were not related to the work done (her age and health played into her recovery). Dr Sillins is in Crestview Hills behind the 5/3 bank on Dixie. Sherryl
