just   checking in to see who else enjoyed the class as i did......................please post  any comments u have  about the class..........i thought it was very informative,  great crowd........................olivia  were u there........thanks  in advance...............i need all the info & comments i can get....p.s.    i did my sleep study last  night     .................praise god..........he is worthy   doing  happy dance b/c i  only have 1 more task to dooooooooooo...........

Congratulations Sis. R. on getting one step closer.  You'll have to let us know what the sleep study results say.  I have apnea and absolutely love my CPAP.  I never knew how tired I was until I got a good night's sleep.  Now don't get me wrong... I love my machine, but hope and pray I can sell it on ebay after I loose this weight! 

I had my consultation this Monday and and now officially on the road to WLS.  God willing, I'll be on the looser bench right after the first of the year.

Hey Brenda....I'm here! And just remember.....there are lots of witnesses that heard Dr. Sonnanstine say that your hubby doesn't have to do dishes or clean after his surgery!!  

oh yea,,but don't think for a moment I won't pay the good doc back for that advice....he knows me to well to think he can get away with it...lol

We were all missing in action.  We just missed it.  No one had there calendar marked.  I just assumed the reception took its place.  Sounds like I missed a good time.  So by ready between the lines is you sweet husband having surgery?  Jane

That is really great!!! I saw where there was a support class on 10/23 on tri state calendar and I was thinking that is what class you were talking about.  My brain not with it.  Having a complete hysterectomy on 11/5 trying to get stuff ready.  I will be down for a while.  Going on 10/31 for my 2 year post op.  Its hard to believe it been that long and yet seems like yesterday.  Anyway just excuse me for jumping in. Good luck to your husband, I wish mine would consider it. Jane 

Hi Robyn! I enjoyed the class, as always!  Ahhhh, yes.....the dreaded sleep study!  I remember mine well.  Not the most fun thing in the world to do....but another necessity before surgery.   Take care!

Hello All!  I was there, it was a very interesting.  I was totally psych'd to see Dr. Tom & watch the videos. Its really amazing what they can do these days. By the way I called my insurance today & they said I was denied.  They told me that I had to do a 6-12 month dr. supervised diet and they also said they didnt have my body mass index, ht or wt.  When I called the clinic the girl that does the insurance said that was a lie because that is the first thing they put in the letter to the insurance company. So back to the drawing board.  I have to get an appt with my regular doc and start the diet thing with them.  They said at the clinic that 3 months would prolly get me an approval. Cross my fingers and grasp on to some patience I suppose.
