I wish I had a menu I could share with you, however I lived on just broth, the protein smoothies and liquids for 2 weeks.    I then went to soft foods and I mushed up everything I could I made tuna salad low fat, I eat scrambled eggs and mushed them up.   I am so glad that I am at the stage of solid foods now almost 6 weeks post op.  Good luck

I will get back to you in the morning about this.My wife and I have both had the band. I am sure we have some here somewhere. All I know for sure is get a Magic Bullet and blend anything you want. Just add beef broth or chicken broth.

Hello! I had Lap-Band surgery almost a year ago and would be happy to give you some ideas.  Your doctor's office should be a resource for you, too.  Do they have a dietician who can help?   When I was going through the pre-op process, we had to meet with a dietician who gave us lots of counseling on what to eat and how much.  The first two weeks after surgery, I was on full liquids.  This includes, protein shakes, milk, puddings, jello, popsicles, broth, soups that were strained, purreed cottage cheese and pureed scrambled eggs.  I then was advanced to purreed foods for two weeks and that was pretty much just anything that could be purreed in a blender.  After that was over, my surgeon moved me to soft foods.  I could then eat soft fruits and veggies as well as very soft meats that were cooked in broth.  I always had to chew until the food was a liquid consistency in my mouth.  I hope all of this info helps.  Please message me with any questions.   Sara
