Drank the magnesium citrate (about 6 ounces then had dry heaves!). OMG that stuff is NASTY. Two days of liquids, I'm chicken brothed out, jello'd out, and about popsicled to death. BUT EXCITED! Tomorrow is my day--cya on the flip side :)

awwww I hate that you got the heaves. Hmmm wonder if I will have to drink that nasty crap when my time comes too. Bet u are bestfriends with the toliet now too! lol I'm glad u are excited though!! I am excited for you! Let me know how u are as soon as u can. You are in my prayers~!

Just a lil note to warn all pre and post ops. GET YOUR PROTEIN IN EVERYDAY!!! I have done rather crappy with mine since day 1 and I am paying dearly with VERY slow weight loss, major hair loss, and all out feelin like shit! PLEASE!!!! Follow your program's rules!!
