Well I had my surgery last monday Oct 1! I went in to have Lap Ryn and ended up having to be opened! I was told that I stopped breathing when they tried to pump the gas into me. I guess Dr. Shina knew it wasnt going to happen that way so he opened me up. They also found alot of scar tissue and a hernia around my belly button. The surgery ended up going well, they sent me to the Cadiac Care Unit where I stayed for 6 days. The last 2 I got to spend on the 7th floor. I have nothing bad to say about any of the doctors or nurses they all were super nice and the care was excellent even though I spent many hours feeling like "hell" excuse the french. So aside from being sore, and full of achy gas I am doing ok I guess. I am just glad to be home.................
