Looking for patients of Dr Rodriguez Lap Band

I just had my lapband surgery on Aug 31st and just looking for online indivduals to correspond with as I dont get to get out to the supports groups because I dont drive.   I have lost 36 lbs but troubled with the new solid food menu in the 5th week   Would love to hear from some of his patients

Dawn great news.  Where do you go to support is it at Suburban or downtown at Norton Pavillion?  I know Dr. Shina, I knew him and worked with him when he was still in med school.   We both worked as ER Tech at Clark Memorial  he is a good guy.   Wow 21.5 lbs thats really good are you finding it hard to find a solid food you can have and tolerate

Hello.... I am a LapBand patient of Dr. Jorge Rodriguez..... I had my surgery on Oct. 5, 07. and So far everything is going ok.... I have had a few problems of getting solid food stuck and it hasn't been very pleasant.... I have even had a few vomiting spells just to try and get the food unstuck.... but other that.... I just need to adapt to my new way of eating and take my time chewing more.... this all has been one big learning experience so far.... but I will say I'm Very Happy to have lost 30 lbs. my first month out as of today....  I haven't been to any support groups yet but, I do plan on attending soon. Keep up the Great Work and have a Blessed Day!!!
