Okay, so this shows you how ignorant I am of all this still-I didn't even know I HAD a support page LOL! Oh my gosh Joy you are just a wonderful person! Thank you ALL for all the wonderful and kind words of prayer and encouragement-I should have pulled my head out of the sand months ago. Thank you thank you-and Joy, thank YOU for being so sweet!!

Just a lil note to warn all pre and post ops. GET YOUR PROTEIN IN EVERYDAY!!! I have done rather crappy with mine since day 1 and I am paying dearly with VERY slow weight loss, major hair loss, and all out feelin like shit! PLEASE!!!! Follow your program's rules!!
