calling Dc allens patients

lol whats monday??? Im soo glad for you!!! I called this morning also and talked to her lol. She told me i need a H pylori blood test..once I have that and get my clearance from my PCP then she will get it to my insurance.  THIS IS BS joy!  I had my PCP re-fax it today.  they did around 2.  I called them and they said they didnt get it.  I called my pcp to make sure they faxed it to the right number, and she did.  Im wondering, for the simple fact of bridgette getting the faxes, if shes throwing them away.  She is hell bent on my geting all of my tests.  She also nows im talking to celese.  I called htem back around 430 and they said they never got it, and tracy went and found bridgette and she claims they never got it...BS!!! So monday im going to get a freaking copy and im going to fax it from MY house..if they still dont get it, i will freaking either take it to her or mail it...having desided.  Mom thinks I should take it to her.  I think if I mail it and tell Rita, she will im sure give it to celese.  I wont put a return addy so she wont now its from me.  She better not open it either.  I will tell rita to hand it to celese persoanly.  Im also thinking about talking to Allen.  I think he needs to now who she is treating his patients.  ive been leaving messages for her for a month now!!

Which fax number are u sending it to???  Trust me, I know the BS all too well.  I also know to make copies of all the paperwork for myself.  I have a copy of all my tests and everything.  I also typed up my own personal cover letter and went to my bank and faxed it and got a conformation sheet when it was done goint hrough. I already had the h-pylori done a few months ago so that was done. IF you take anything down there (i would try ur own personal cover lettin stating what all is in the fax, name, d.o.b etc) first but ask for Celese personally.  Her and Brigette make the calls and send the papers to the insurance companies so try that.  Reta will call u with ur date after all the approval stuff is done.

umm they used a 502-534-0302..or 502-584-0302...cant remember which..but they also tried 2 others and they didnt go through

Dont forget.  Its not a bad idea to type up ur own cover letter with Name D.O.B Surgeon Name PCP Name PCP Phone In this fax is....... And name all of what ur sendin.  You may wanna wait til u get the h-pylori results and everything.  That way u should be done if thats all they said u needed.

Ok I will get a copy monday between my classes and when I get home I will fax it to this number.  It might be that when my PCP tried to fax it, it was busy.

OMG I see Dr Rodriquez that is in the same office as Dr. Allen and I went through the same crap that you went through.  It took me 1 yr and 7 months round and round with their office to get approved.   You are right you leave messages and they never ever call you back.  So I made it a point I called everyday and left messages and finally someone called me back.   Hope you get your surgery soon.  I had the lapband done on August 31 and to date I have lost 36 lbs and feel so much better.    I am fighting for disability with Soc Security due to emphysema so they would only do lap band and not GB cause of the risk with my breathing.  So they really stressed me out before I got approved and had the surgery
