Janie!!!! Thank you for welcoming me.  I love to talk to you, your always so uplifting.  You know that is your gift from God...You make people feel good. I hope too that by Christmas I have lost 50 lbs!!  Thats great!!!  Keep me in your prayers. My goal is that by spring, I can go out and ride the horse with the girls!  I know that sounds goofy, but I can't wait to ride again! Please keep those prayers going!! Sharon

Hey by the way,  We have a lot of samples of diffrent protein stuff.  I can drop it off tonight if you want.  We are camping tomorrow so tonight we will be hooking up the camper so its no problem to drop it off.  I have unflavored, I have a packet of chicken broth with protein and some other goodies.  Let me know if you would like it. Hey there Sharon! I'm so glad that you found your way here and that you are doing well post-op.  I agree with Jane...the best thing that I have done is journal and take pictures.  I know people that didn't do that and they are kicking themselves now.  You don't have to journal on here if you don't want to...in a profile.  I take measurements EVERY month on my surgery date along with my weight and a picture.  It is AMAZING to watch the tranformation.  You will get to the point where you don't feel that you can "see" the difference in yourself.  A picture speaks a thousand words.  Taking the pictures is what got me through some of the rough times.  Taking measurements is what made me know I was still succeeding even when the scale didn't move.  I am a bit of a scale wh#re, which I don't recommend but I can't stay off of it...even 10 months out.  Try not to fall into the trap...easier said than done.  This is such a great place to come to when you have questions and think that you are alone...I guarantee you...you will never be alone here.  If you feel it...someone else has too.  Of course, you can always just pick up the phone.  :)  By the way, we may be your husband's cousin but we are your cousin too. 

Hey Sharon!! Congrats on becoming a loser... as everyone else has said its an amazing journey... the wow moments are definately the best.  I am the computer junkie of the family so If you need any help with your profile or pics or anything please feel free to let me know.  In addition to that... you mentioned the horses lol... when you are ready to ride... i'd love to go riding with you guys lol Congrats once again!

Hey Little One....Glad to hear from you...I am doing well...Only thing I miss is Long drinks of Sweet Tea..I know that sounds goofy, but I really had a bad moment yesterday, driving by Gold Star.  I wanted to go through that drive thru and order my Sweet tea.  It's the sugar in it I know, but I sure do miss it.  I make it here, but have to find the right sweetner to make it as close as I can. I will be calling you for help I am sure.  I found a web ppage on how to build my profile, just have to get to it now.  We kinda get busy with the girls and I loose track of myself!! You can come here anytime.  We have 2 horses, 2 ponies, 1 lamb that thinks he is a dog, 27 chickens, barn cats and 2 dogs running around out there.  Bring the kids and let them get dirty, and ride all you want!! Poor Dale...Being the City Boy and got stuck with me!!!  HAHAHA! Sharon

I love sweet tea also... splenda is the only sweetener that tastes like sugar to me... all the other ones have a funky after taste. My addiction is diet mtn dew but the gas from it is horrible!  I am such a horse freak! dont be shocked if I take you up on that offer. The last time I was on a horse I bet i was 12 yrs old and I coudlnt even pull myself up onto it! Anyway... keep up the good work and like i said if you need anything give me a call... mom, mimi or jane can give you my number or whatever.
