I dont think I'll ever get there !!!!!!
Hey out there!! I have a few questions....I am 6 months post-op and I have only lost 63-64lbs. Even though this is weight gone! (yeah) I feel like I'm not doing so well!!!
My weight has slowed tremendously in the past couple of months with me holding at my surrent weight for the last several weeks!!
Anyone out there got any ideas how I can get this jump started again??? I welcome any and all ideas!! I am so close but so far away to my Dr. goal and my personal one, being 25-Dr/40-personal....I am really trying to eat right and stay active but I am feeling like the more I try the worse it gets.................Can anyone out there send some advice that may help????????????
Thanks .......Cheryl

wow!!!! you have lost on average over 10lbs per month! I think you are doing great! From what others have said we will go through times when our weight loss slows or even stops for a while. During these times it is important to measure inches. From what I have heard we tend to lose inches while out weight loss takes a break. Kinda like our bodies catching up and adjusting. M aybe weigh less often (I know that can be hard) and listen to how your body feels, clothes fit and inches say! Hang in there!!!! It Will come off! Love & God bless,

I had my surgery about a month and a half ahead of you. You are going to hit plenty of stalls. The main thing is to recognise it and take action. On the days that I work I eat between 650-1100 calories and drink plenty of fluids... my average fluid intake is about 120-160 ozs. I sip all day, just ask Kat. I usually do a healthy choice meal at one break and a michelinalight/leancuisine small meal on the other break.( I work a 12 hour shift... which usually gets streched to about 14.5hours)I usually either have carrot sticks and a small container of fruit. ( either strawberries or canteloupe, and sometimes watermelon).... BUT that is depending on if I even feel like eating, sometimes I just go upstairs to the gym and workout during the break.
ON my off days I probably get about 300-500 more calories. As I don't regulate my meals like I do when I work.
I try not to overeat. My warning signs are my nose starts running. If its doing that I got to stop or there will be trouble.
