3 1/2 weeks post op

Okay, so I am about 3 1/2 weeks post op and still off work (really just because I can be). I am eating about 1/4 to 1/2 a cup at a time three times a day. I am eating lots tuna and meats but pretty muchh normal stuff. I've lost about 30 lbs. My problem is that I haven't started my vitamins or my protein shakes yet. Is there protein that I can add to a smoothie that won't have a taste. I just don't want to throw up...

I love the Body Fortress at Walmart. The chocolate is just like cocoa, very smooth and easy to drink. The vanila is ok, but I usually add some fruit to it. If you are eating enough protein from tuna and meats, etc, you may not need the shakes. Your vitamins you should be taking! Sherryl
