Out of the hospital....
I was just released at 5 tonight, I ended up having a stricture. It was open about the size of a pencil lead, Duh maybe that explains why nothing would stay down. Now he opened it to 8mm and I am able to hold pureed food down and feel great. It was such and easy procedure (EGD). It is still not open as much as he would like it, so I have to have it done agai, but no worries this time. Thanks for all of your prayers through all of this.

I'm so glad to hear your are home and able to hold food down! I have to admit I don't know what a stricture is though? When do you have to go back and have it done again?

YAY!! I know u were so glad to get outta there!! You ever toss the IV monitor out the window? lol
Just a lil note to warn all pre and post ops. GET YOUR PROTEIN IN EVERYDAY!!! I have done rather crappy with mine since day 1 and I am paying dearly with VERY slow weight loss, major hair loss, and all out feelin like shit! PLEASE!!!! Follow your program's rules!!
