update on me

Hello everyone. I was just wanting to post an update about me since I have not been able to get on lately. I have just recently started back to college, and I work a 40 hr job. But anyways. I have scheduled my nutrition class for September 10th and my psy eval and nutrition one on one eval for October 1st. After that the office staff will submit my information to the Insurance co. and then I will just have to sit around and wait. I am so excited to get my new journey rolling.

brdttd4, Please tel me if you don't mind what all you driink and eat on an average day. how much do you get in per hour? I am having a REAL hard time getting in my water and protein. My blood work came back bad and I need some advice. Thank you & God bless--Gerri
